Hello, and welcome to my little corner of the internet! My name is Lisa, and I’m a mother of five incredible kids who keep my life full of joy, laughter, and, yes, a bit of chaos. Over the past 16 years, I’ve navigated the ups and downs of homeschooling, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild and wonderful ride.
From the early days of teaching my oldest, who’s now in college, to managing the daily juggle of three high schoolers and one much younger daughter, I’ve learned a thing or two about what it means to embrace the messiness of life. Motherhood isn’t always neat and tidy, and homeschooling definitely isn’t either. But through it all, I’ve come to love the chaos and cherish every moment I get to spend with my kids.
Of course, none of this would be possible without the support of my amazing husband. Together, we’ve built a life that’s far from perfect, but it’s perfectly ours. Our days are filled with homeschooling lessons, teenage drama, home improvement projects, and the never-ending quest to get organized. Throw in a few attempts at weight loss and wellness, and you’ve got a recipe for a beautifully chaotic life.
But here’s the thing: I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve learned that life is about finding joy in the imperfection, about laughing when things go wrong, and about embracing the journey, no matter how messy it gets.
